Go get 'em man, this is going to be fun to watch. My two good friends (Staffan and Adam) are battling it out for the overall winners (with who knows what other x-factor, ahem). Man, they've been on a mission with their training. All you IM people are scary.
And if you want to make your own fast laces, just go to a craft store (Micheal's is one) and buy elastic. They also have the things you cinch them down with, but I've always just tied the elastic in a knot and skipped the little plastic thingies. $2. You can buy me a beer with the money you save.
